Welcome to BoardsQuest. By accessing or using the BoardsQuest website, mobile application, or related services (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. The Service

BoardsQuest provides educational question banks and study tools for medical specialty board exam preparation. The Service is for educational purposes only and is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate registration information and notify us of any unauthorized use.

3. Subscriptions and payments

Paid features (including BoardsQuest Pro) may be offered via web checkout or Apple In-App Purchase. Subscription terms, pricing, billing period, and cancellation are presented at purchase. Apple-billed subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID account settings; refunds for Apple purchases are handled by Apple under its policies.

4. Acceptable use

You may not reverse engineer, scrape, redistribute, or commercially exploit content from the Service without written permission. You may not use the Service in any way that violates applicable law or infringes others’ rights.

5. Intellectual property

BoardsQuest and its licensors own all rights in the Service, including questions, UI, trademarks, and software. Your limited license to use the Service ends when your access ends.

6. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that content is complete or suitable for any particular exam or clinical decision.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BoardsQuest and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
